1) Calcium Carbonate
Calcium carbonate that have the high purity, degree of whiteness, thickness and homogeneity are acceptable is commercial extraction worthwhile. After quarrying, further treatment is required to process natural calcium carbonates of high quality, known generically as Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC). Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is a synthetic calcium carbonate produced industrially by mean of a recarbonisation process from a lower purity, whiteness of calcium carbonate.
The raw material for all lime-based products is a natural stone: limestone , which is composed almost exclusively of calcium carbonate.
- Chemical formula: CaCO 3
- Particle Size: odd sizes chipping, 60mesh, 100mesh, 200mesh, 250mesh, 325mesh (45µm), 600mesh (22µm), 1500mesh (10µm), 6000mesh (2µm), 300nano, 20nano.
- Form: Powder, Slurry (70%solid, 30%Moisture), cake (90%solid, 10%Moisture)
Calcium carbonate has long been recognized as useful additives for thermoplastics and particularly in PVC & many applications as such cosmetics, pharmaceutical, rubber…etc.
(A) Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC): Uncoated GCC, Coated GCC

Ground calcium carbonate (GCC) is generally used as a filler with an interesting ratio performance/price. This filler is applicable for PVC, Paint, Rubber, Adhesive and etc.
Coated Ground Calcium Carbonate Powder
1% Stearic Acid uniformly treats the calcium carbonate surface is available for smoother surface blend in PVC or Plastic products. Its regular and controlled crystalline shape and ultra fine particle size together with the hydrophobic surface coating combine to the benefit of both polymer processing and subsequent physical properties.
(B) Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)
Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) however exhibits a much smaller particle size.
The specific structure and granulometry of PCC allows this material to fulfill additional functions like processing aid , impact modification and better weather ability. Precipitated calcium carbonate is a versatile additive for use in a wide range of plastic, pharmaceutical and elastomeric applications.
PCC is one of a unique class of additives which can be classified as being multi functional providing the end user with an outstanding cost/performance opportunity.
(2) Silica (SiO2)
Silica flour 200mesh to 600mesh is generally supplied to Glass and Tiles Manufacturing industries.
(3) CCM Black
Our CCM Black is used to as partial replacement for N330 Carbon Black in Rubber Industries to save some cost
